Doing Good is anything to maintain the state of a thing from its being or to a state which is better. Implying that making it worse is not doing it good. For a purpose, we find people doing good to children, to the scholars, to the workers, to the old, to the animals, to the lakes, the forests, even the roads and the mountains, and so on. Even to the dead and the climate. Because doing good gives a sense of satisfaction. When and how the purpose of doing good reaches the state of satisfaction, and in the end, a complete fulfilment, will depend entirely on the intentions of those doing good and the thing given adequate attention. This intention to treat, is a momentum in one and all and in everything. In other words, in every thing, whether it is lively or lifeless.

For 2 servings
- Fibre rich oatmeal 2 dl
- Water 4.5 dl
- Salt 5 pinches
Mix oatmeal, water and salt in a saucepan.
Boil water and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes with stirring.
Serve porridge with wild berry yogurt (Optional fresh fruit and nuts).
